CREATING THE LIFE YOU WANT
This is the program we’re most proud of – and you’ll understand why if you experience this yourself. It starts off by finding answers, your own answers, to life’s most important questions. Questions that affect not only the quality of your life and the lives of those around you, but the kind of future that’s in the works for you. Not finding answers to these questions will affect your future just as much as finding answers will. The big difference is: do you want more of the same, life as it is at the moment, or do you want a future that is the best possible one?
Why settle for less when you can have the best?
.
Just what are … Life’s BIG Questions?
- Who am I? Really, and not what you’ve been conditioned to believe about yourself or looks good on your CV or gains you social acceptance, but at the core of your being, your true self.
- Why am I here? You may wonder about the meaning of life or your reason for being, but wonder about this: how would your life be different if you knew the purpose of your life?
- What matters most to me? Getting clear about what is essential to you in life, your most important core values, is the best way not to have to sweat the small stuff in life.
- What do I really want? This may sound easy, but try this out on yourself. If you knew the answers to the previous questions, then this one would be easy to answer.
CREATING THE LIFE YOU WANT is a guided experiential program consisting of two parts. The first part can be seen as a fact-finding mission to get straight answers to vital questions. Experiential exercises such as guided visualizations are used to do this. These methods bypass the rational, analytical mind and get you straight to where you need to be, your own core, to find answers that are true for you. And trustworthy enough to serve as a setpoint or frame of reference to base your most important choices on. You don’t want to make Life’s BIG Decisions based on low-value information!
The second part of the program is about goal achievement. Attempting to track and manage goals and their associated tasks often defeats the purpose of setting goals in the first place. You’ll be surprised – and very relieved – to learn a much more effective way of achieving your desired outcomes. The principles and techniques of Accelerated Human Change Technologies are used to do this. (Don’t be put off by the name; this is a lot easier and a lot more fun than you might think.) These techniques ensure that you too can …
get it right in life!
